Serene Insurance company Limited which was incorporated on 21ST July 2016, is a member of First Sky Group. It received commencement certificate on 4th April 2018 and started full operations in September 2018.The business is well capitalized above the current regulatory limit set by the National Insurance Commission, and is Licensed by the Commission to carry out General/Non-Life Insurance Business in Ghana.
