Shield Insurance Brokers and Risk Management Company Limited (SIBARM) is a Ghanaian Insurance Brokerage Firm incorporated on 17th September, 2008 as a Limited Liability Company under the Companies Code of Ghana, 1963 (Act 179) and it started operations immediately.

The Company is authorized to carry on the business of Insurance Broking, Risk Management Services and Business Consultancy Services and as required, is licensed under the Insurance Law, 2006 Act 724 to carry on composite insurance broking business in Ghana.

SIBARM is also a registered member/affiliate of the following:

Ghana Insurance Brokers Association (GIBA)

West African Insurance Institute (WAII)

Ghana Insurance Brokers Oil and Gas Consortium

Shield Insurance Brokers and Risk Management (SIBARM) intends to be the leading Insurance Broker poised to deliver tailor made and effective

service to clients to guide and assist them achieve all embracing insurance portfolio to protect their assets through the deployment of state of the art resources available to effectively and professionally manage clients insurance and risk management needs.
